Duties and responsibilities:
- Employee Recruitment
- Manage and take care of employee BPJS
- Manage the human resource administration
Man/Women:
- Maximum age 25 years old

- Minimum education D3 all major
- Proficient in operating a computer MS office (specially Ms. Excell: Logical IF & V-Lookup)
- Have an experience minimum 2 years in human resource field
- Firm, thorough and deft
- Will be place as an internal employee of PT. SOS Indonesia
Operational Driver
Duties and responsibilities:
- Driving operational vehicle
- Take a good care of operational vehicle
- Reporting daily vehicle information
Requirements:
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum education SMU/SMK equal.
- Have an experience at least 2 year as a driver
- Have SIM A/B1
- Healthy
- Polite, have a good attitude.
- Understand about vehicle maintenance
- Well known all the drive route or understand the effective route based on area
- Mastering JABODETABEK route.
Design Graphic Staff
Requirements:
- Man, maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum education D3/S1 majoring Graphic Design/ Architecture, Multimedia
- Mastering Corel Draw, Auto Cad, and Adobe application.
- Have an experience at least 1 year in design field
- Will be place as an internal employee of PT. SOS Indonesia.
Internal Audit Staff
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise the risk for all company department
- Establish a risk-based audit program
- Make a review report for the Audit Manager
- Reviewing the suitability of internal controls
- Conduct audit testing in certain areas
- Making compliance rules and procedures
- Communicate findings to management and compile reports from the audit area.
Requirements:
- Man/Woman maximum age 35 years old
- Education S1 majoring Accounting are more preferred
- Have an experience at least 2 year in same field
- CPA or CIA are more preferred
- Having strong analytical power, good verbal / non-verbal communication, and strong intrapersonal abilities
Buyer Staff
- Responsible for the purchase and procurement of goods and services to support the operational work of the company
- Manage all purchases of goods for both the company’s needs and business unit needs
- Responsible for finding the best vendor / supplier
- Negotiate the price of goods needed
- Responsible for following up with vendors related to purchases
- Make payment arrangements with vendors under supervision from the Division of Purchasing and Operation Director
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum education D3 all major with minimum IPK 2,75
- Have an experience at least 2 year in same field
- Having a negotiation ability and good communication skill
- Fluent operating Ms. Office
- Have good accuracy, neatness and craft
- Experience in purchasing management in the outsourcing sector
- Experience in purchasing large quantities of goods
- Have good integrity
- Having enough vendor knowledge and types of vendors to purchase goods such as: security uniforms and security equipment
- Pretty diligent and tenacious
- Can work at very high work speeds
- Can be assertive
Telemarketing Staff
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make a call to check data
- Conduct marketing calls for data that has been checked and other databases
- Receive calls from prospective clients
- Search for databases via the internet, sites, Jobstreet, Yellow Pages, etc.
- Make a daily call report and its status
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Ordered time, admin and documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum age 22 years old, woman preferred
- Minimum education D3, minimum IPK 2,75, all major
- Have an experience at least 1 year as telemarketing
- Have a good communication skill
- Fluent with computer program, specially Ms. Office (Word/Excel)
- Can work under pressure
- Have a good appearance
- Able to work quickly, confidently, and be able to commit.
